We need a technology and WordPress savvy person to do technical support full-time on a daily basis.
You will work fixed hours from home or a provided office with a laptop and internet. No physical meetings with clients.
A fixed, starting salary will be discussed based on experience and the candidate. Incentive bonuses will be made available.
- Monitor and answer help desk tickets
- Make sales by answering pre-sales questions
- Diagnose and solve technical problems
- Do live support to answer queries
- Monitor and answer community forum posts
- Reply to emails regarding software packages
- Has to be online during working hours
- Knowledge of WordPress in general
- General computer and software knowledge
- Coding knowledge – PHP, MySQL, JS, CSS, HTML is a bonus
- Learn our software packages and how they work
- Must be able to type well and fast with two hands
- Experience with customer service is a bonus
- Must have own computer and internet but this can be provided if needed.
